At Heritage Federal Credit Union, our committees play a key role in the governance and strategic direction of the organization. Each committee is dedicated to ensuring the credit union’s stability, growth, and alignment with the best interests of our members. These include the Asset/Liability Management Committee, responsible for overseeing financial risk; the Governance Committee, which ensures effective leadership and operations; the Strategic Planning Committee, focused on long-term vision and planning; the Nominating Committee, which selects candidates for the Board of Directors; and the Supervisory Committee, tasked with ensuring the credit union's compliance and financial integrity.
