Mobile Wallet
Leave your old wallet behind! Your Mobile Wallet, available with your Heritage Visa, allows you to access your accounts, eliminating the need to carry a bunch of cards, while adding extra security to your finances. Enrollment is as easy as snapping a photo and is compatible with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
Apple Pay
- Go to settings. Select Wallet & Apple Pay
- Select Add Card
- Take a picture of your card or manually enter the card information
- Complete the verification process (if prompted)
- If you need more support, visit Apple Pay Support
Samsung Pay
- Make sure your compatible Samsung device* is updated with Samsung Pay.
- Take a picture of your Heritage Visa® card with your device’s camera.
- Secure it with your fingerprint and backup PIN and you’ll be ready to go!
Google Pay
- Open the Google Pay app. If you don’t have the app, download it from Google Play™.
- To add your Heritage card, simply take a photo of your card.
- Confirm card details and you’re ready to pay at over a million stores that accept contactless payments!
Card Management
Managing your Credit Card is within your control at Heritage. We power all our credit cards with card management tools that allow you to administer how your credit card can be used from your Digital Banking Experience page or App.
Card Control is a smart feature that allows you to turn your credit card on or off with the tap of a button, giving you peace of mind about your financial safety. If you misplace your wallet or credit card, you can turn off your credit card without the hassle of canceling it. If you find it, you can turn it back on without skipping a beat.
Travel Notifications allow you to communicate your travel plans with Heritage from the Digital Banking app, even if you’re already on your way. Travel Notifications give you the ability to submit trips and destinations to our Card Service Department, so we know where you'll be spending and can keep your financial health in focus no matter where your travels take you.
Voice Command Pay
Alexa Pay
Heritage has a convenient bill pay function using simple voice commands with an Alexa device. You can schedule bill payments, check on scheduled bill payments, and listen to bill payment history with help from Alexa. By enabling Alexa, you can enjoy the convenience of Heritage’s bill pay service without having to be tied to your computer or smartphone.
Here’s what to do:
- Have an Alexa device, such as the Amazon Dot, with an Amazon Account
- Download the Alexa App on your Smartphone or Tablet
- Be a current Heritage Bill Pay Subscriber. You can enroll into this function by logging into your secure Heritage Digital banking, clicking on bill pay, and enabling this option with the bill pay system.
